The
City of Willoughby Hills has authorized a program
for eligible homeowners, which could reduce the costs
paid for sewer charges each year during the months
of May through September. Sewer fees, charged along
with your water bill, are based on your total use
of water.
Summer
Sprinkling Program:
If you use more water during the summer months, and
are enrolled in this Program, your summer water bill
will reflect sewer charges based on the amount of
water you used during the winter. You can estimate
your savings by comparing your summer water usage
to the past winter water usage. This program applies
to sewer charges only. You must pay the Lake County
Water Department for all water used.
Eligibility:
Residents who own and occupy a one, two, three or
four unit dwelling and use more water during the summer
months for sprinkling or other seasonal uses.
Administrative
Fee:
A one-time administrative fee of $20.00, by check
or money order, made payable to the City of Willoughby
Hills, must be submitted with your application by
April 30th.
