For Property Owners:

The City of Willoughby Hills has already held informational meetings for affected property owners regarding installation of new sanitary laterals and abandonment of existing septic systems in the City for the Euclid Creek Tributary Watershed Sewer System. All property owners must contract directly with their own selected contractor. The City is not contracting with any one or selected contractors.

The Sanitary Sewer Project Update

Our contractor for the sewer project is DiGioia/Suburban Excavating, whose Field offices are locares on Chardon Road, just west of SOM Center Road.

For new sanitary sewer connections, a dye test is required once you have been connected. Call the Service Department at (440) 918-8740 to schedule an appointment. We will need access to your cleanouts to complete the dye test.
